"Hi Colin and Mandy

This was my cat Cuzzy’s first stay at CCC. Like other reviews, I had to source a new cattery after our previous one closed. However I needn’t have worried about the change, as despite the indignant protests in the cat basket all the way there, Cuz soon settled down on arrival and much like when you drop your child off for the first day at nursery, happily went in without so much as a glance over her shoulder at her bereft ‘Mum’. She was equally calm on collection, nattered all the way home after a final goodbye to her horsey friends in the paddock and emerged from the basket and made a beeline for the bowl of tuna fish treat set out as breakfast without any feline recriminations in my direction. Like others, I was expecting at least a two day sulk but it never materialised, so I can only assume she had a better holiday than I did! Thank you Mandy and Colin, it’s reassuring to know I can leave her safely in your care when necessary - Sept 2025 ***** (ie 5 stars)”

After over ten years of using Cats Country Club, we shall be very sorry not to be visiting again for now, as Henri has moved to pastures new. Mandy and Colin run a brilliant cattery, very professional and very caring and friendly. Always a lovely warm welcome for both cats and owners! Wishing you both continued success and many thanks for all your kind help.

Thank you for looking after Scrappy for us, it was the first time we have ever needed to find a cattery in 16 years and we were quite worried about leaving him but we were relieved and pleased how relaxed he was when we left him with you. "Hi Mandy,

As you know, Lloyd lost his brother and best buddy this year. Rather than him being lonely with just the neighbour coming in to feed him daily, I decided he deserved a bit more care and attention, for my own peace of mind. Hence his very first holiday at the age of 8, and the very first time I've ever trusted one of my animals to a cattery.

It was a good call, Lloyd was very well looked after indeed and was on top form when I picked him up. He had clearly been plotting while we were away as he has been constantly catching mice since he arrived home. I haven't yet broken the news that he's going to be staying again very soon.
