If you are a hotmail.com, hotmail.co.uk, btinternet.com, live.com, live.co.uk, or outlook.com
email user - if our email address/domain, cats2@catscountryclub.co.uk is not in your known good senders and/or contact lists,
you may well not receive any email replies from us, as they are being cut out as SPAM - on several occasions, not even reaching the destination address
SPAM folder!! The above email supplier list is not exhaustive by any means. If you use Gmail you may find our replies in your SPAM folder, so specifically
flagging a reply from us as "not SPAM", assuming you have one from us there already is a good idea, and/or by adding us as a known good sender and/or into your contact list!?!
On pressing the 'Submit form' button below, you should get an automated response from us after a short while and can expect a sub 24hr response giving
a full reply, or a phone call.
However, if you've not received either reply, or you're making a last minute booking
and are concerned over timescales, please do feel free to contact us by phone - experience
demonstrates that if you've had no reply at all, it is most likely your ISP's anti-SPAM measures
that are blocking our email replies back to you, so please check SPAM and/or JUNK email folders.

Opening times for drop-offs and pick-ups are: 09:00-10:00 (am) and 17:00-18:00 (pm)
Monday to Saturday. Please specify your preferred
collection/delivery times
if you select that as an option in the Booking Notes, also please provide your
post code, so we can be clear on where you live, if you're a new customer. We
are shut on Sundays and Bank Holidays for drop-offs
and pick-ups.
