Our collection and delivery service runs from Monday to Saturday. Occasionally the service is not available. Each collection and/or delivery needs individual consideration by us beforehand, so that we know that we are able to commit to your dates/times. If you live within a 2-mile radius of Cats Country Club boarding cattery, then we’ll collect and deliver your cat(s) free, should you require this.

Collections and Deliveries for addresses up to 10 miles away are outlined below. The charges are due not just to the length of time involved travelling both ways, (10 miles or even less to pickup or deliver a cat, never takes less than an hour in total and very often takes considerably more, especially if they are unwell en route) but also due to the significant and ever increasing fuel costs. You are of course welcome to enquire via a taxi company to get a quote for the carriage of your cat(s). We are totally happy to accept delivery of your cat(s) by such method, so long as all the inoculation/paperwork is in order.

Additional London surcharge

With more and more cats having a holiday with us from London, whilst their owners too take a well-earned break, or are having building work done. Collections & Deliveries from/to London will now carry a modest additional surcharge, as we have to spend a disproportionate amount of time on these more congested London roads. N.B. These prices do not include the congestion charge, if required by the journey, which is currently £15 and the ULEZ charge, which is currently £12.50 and since August 29th 2023, now further extends to the boundaries of the M25.

When we arrive, please have the following ready:

• Your cat(s) first and foremost - as they can and do show a remarkably canny tendency to go AWOL at what can be the most inconvenient times! (In respect of this, from the time of our arrival, we are happy to wait up to 15 minutes for your cats' return, after which time, the collection fee for the booking becomes payable and we will likely have to leave and if we are to pickup your cat, another pickup charge will be incurred.)
• Your cat(s) up to date Inoculation Certificate(s).
• Any favourite blanket/bed they like to sleep in/on.
• We can take a moderately sized scratching post if they like to use one.
• Any favourite toys they have fun playing with.
• Any other items you feel will personalize their chalet for them whilst boarding here - to make them feel as much at home as we can.
